In the last 7 years JP Remodeling (John Polizzotti ) has provided remodeling services for  several  projects in our house including; a major kitchen renovation together with a new layout of the dining room and family room, remodeling of the bathrooms and a half bath and other smaller projects.  For each of these projects Mr. Polizzotti provided detailed plans and specifications to support his price quotation.  Mr. Polizzotti is a perfectionist in terms of his own work skills and only uses sub-contractors, for electrical and plumbing work, that he is confident will provide the same high level of service. While the work is going on he is careful to minimize the mess and inevitable disruption inside the house and cleans up the work area at the end of every day.  He guarantees his work and that of his subcontractors and I can testify that he does stand behind his guarantee and will promptly make good any problems.  Mr. Polizzotti is always courteous and considerate and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any kitchen or bathroom remodeling project.

 

I used JP Remodeling & Construction, In., to remodel my bathroom with a huge tile shower, relocate my washer & dryer and put wainscotting on my dining room walls. JP was very professional, he is caring, understanding, easy to work with and cleans up thorougly each day. He is a perfectionist.
